Each seed is hand collected, and once every intricate fold in the kernel is carefully cleaned of fruit, they are washed in pure water and sun-dried in the healing Australian sun. Beckoning Broom's preparation process of the seeds is completely chemical-free.

The Tears of Shiva seeds are the native Australian much rarer version of the Indian prayer Rudraksha seeds. The Australian Blue Quandong (Elaeocarpus Angustifolius) is one of the Indian tree relatives.

This type of tree only grows in Eastern Australia, New Caledonia, Nepal, Indonesia, and parts of India and is used significantly for spiritual growth.

These sacred seeds combine the power of both Australian Aboriginal dreaming and Indian spirituality. In Aboriginal and Indian practices, these seeds' overarching symbolism is order and universal balance.

These seeds are used for protection from negative energy. Wearers have increased sharpness in thinking and enhanced inner power. The wearer achieves their goals and dreams and develops powerful intuition.

These Beckoning Broom seeds are wild foraged, and once every intricate fold in the kernel is carefully cleaned of fruit, they are washed in pure water and sun-dried in the healing Australian sun.

Beckoning Broom's preparation process of the seeds is completely chemical-free.  Four of them are carefully chosen and placed in a clear vial with a screw-top lid. The seeds have been left their natural earth colour.

Unfortunately, the Aboriginal dreaming about this plant has been difficult to find. However, in India, it is well documented.

To Australian Aboriginal shamans, these seeds are used as a powerful enhancer of their magick. The tree is a powerful spiritual entity and is often associated with creation stories and the Dreamtime.

The fruit of the Blue Quandong is believed to have strong metaphysical properties and is often used in traditional Indigenous healing practices. It is believed to possess the ability to bring about physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.

In addition to its spiritual uses, the Blue Quandong is also an important cultural symbol for Indigenous Australians. It is often featured in traditional art and stories and is used in ceremonies and rituals to honour ancestors and connect with the spiritual realm.

In India, information about this tree and its seeds has been translated from Sanskrit.  Shiva, who is one member of the holy trinity, is one of the most important Hindu gods. Shiva is the god of goodness, protection and benevolence.

After 1000 years of meditation, Shiva opened his eyes and cried tears of ecstasy with compassion for humanity. Where the tears fell this tree grew. The seeds of the tree are known as the Tears of Shiva.

It is believed if you wear one of these seeds close to your skin it will absolve your transgressions or wrongdoing, protect you from unwanted energies, balance your karmic debts and increase your psychic ability.

You can roll the seed in your hand while declaring your affirmation. Hold the seed between your middle finger and thumb and roll it in a clockwise direction. Use one seed for one affirmation.

You can also hold a seed in your hand, or one in each hand, while you meditate or pray. The seeds will anchor your intention.

Dr Sohini Sastri, India's most renowned astrologer, states these seeds take care of the seven main chakras of the body. They neutralise any harmful aspects of the planet's effects on you.

In a combination with numerology and astrology, there are 21 specific meanings of the seeds depending on the number of lines or clefts that run from the pedicel (the bridge linking the seed to the parent tree) on the seed. One tree can produce seeds with a different number of lines. These lines are also called Mukhi.

Dr Sastri combines her astrology with the traditional meanings of the number of lines.
