Your Divination Tea Blend is an old recipe handed down in our family for reading the leaves.

This special blend makes reading easy and sticks well to the sides of the cup. It makes shapes that you can read from. Perfect for beginners and experienced readers alike. 

The art of tea leaf reading also known as tasseography is said to have originated in Asia, Ancient Greece and the Middle East. Tasseography also includes divining through coffee grounds. 

In the 1800s the Romani people became well known for using the art of tea leaf reading and had professions in it and went door to door reading and opened tea rooms and tea parlors.

The art of tea leaf reading is passed down in families to those with physic sensitivity. 

The person having their tea leaves read can think of a question while enjoying their tea. A small amount of water is left at the bottom for the movement of the leaves. Then the cup is turned upside down on the saucer and tapped asking the spirit of the cup if it could share its secrets.

The shapes the leaves make are interpreted from the rim inwards, the rim being the most recent events and the base of the cup showing the distant future.

After you have received your messages, thank the spirit of the cup and place the tea leaves in the garden to break down naturally.
