Ethically Sourced Californian White Sage Smudge Stick with Purifying Pack

This clean and uplifting scented smudge stick will last many uses. It's approximately 10-11cm long and 3cm wide. It comes with a velvet pentagram bag with a zip in a choice of colours and a black tourmaline tumble stone to enhance the cleansing experience.
White sage is the ultimate cleansing herb. Its spirit is non-discerning about the types of energy it clears. Sage cleanses all energies, good, bad and collective. It cuts all ties and cords giving you a clean slate from there, filling your aura with loving, peaceful energy and reattaching the cords from you to the people who are kind and good to you.
Sage is every witch's must-have herb to always have on hand for clearing unsupporting energies from yourself, your loved ones, pets, home and property.
Smoke is also a powerful energy cleanser. Because smoke is moved by the gentlest of movements, you can see in the way the smoke drifts what kind of energy is around. If the smoke of your smudge stick is running in a straight stream upwards you know the energy around it is stuck and stifled. If there are no breezes and the smoke is fluffy and wide, making lots of shapes freely, you know the energy is free and flowing.

How to use your Purifying Pack
Your Smudge kit comes with a black tourmaline crystal for extra cleansing and protecting properties. Use the smoke of your smudge stick to cleanse your auric field, asking a blessing from the plants involved as you work the smoke all around you in an egg shape, concentrating on your chakras.
Ask the plants to cleanse you of anything that doesn't serve you, all negativity, energy cords people or spirits have attached to you, old emotions, thoughts that are unhelpful and banish from your field all ill intentions, curses and the evil eye. Keep cleansing until you feel energetically lighter or you have an intuitive knowing that you're finished.
Put out the smudge stick by tapping it in a bowl of sand. Using water can damage your smudge stick. Once the embers have been smothered and there's no more smoke coming from it, pick up your tourmaline crystal and using a brushing motion 10-20cm from your body, sweep through your auric field starting at the top of your head and ending under your feet, concentrating on your chakras.
Accompanying this motion, ask your black tourmaline crystal to pull out any remaining threads of negativity, any feelings of guilt, shame, unforgiveness and habits that are harmful and hinder your progress. Once you feel the cleansing is done, wash your black tourmaline crystal under running water, thank it and place it back into your protective pentagram bag to be shielded from outside energies.
