How to use your Purifying Pack
Your Smudge kit comes with a black tourmaline crystal for extra cleansing and protecting properties. Use the smoke of your smudge stick to cleanse your auric field, asking a blessing from the plants involved as you work the smoke all around you in an egg shape, concentrating on your chakras.
Ask the plants to cleanse you of anything that doesn't serve you, all negativity, energy cords people or spirits have attached to you, old emotions, thoughts that are unhelpful and banish from your field all ill intentions, curses and the evil eye. Keep cleansing until you feel energetically lighter or you have an intuitive knowing that you're finished.
Put out the smudge stick by tapping it in a bowl of sand. Using water can damage your smudge stick. Once the embers have been smothered and there's no more smoke coming from it, pick up your tourmaline crystal and using a brushing motion 10-20cm from your body, sweep through your auric field starting at the top of your head and ending under your feet, concentrating on your chakras.
Accompanying this motion, ask your black tourmaline crystal to pull out any remaining threads of negativity, any feelings of guilt, shame, unforgiveness and habits that are harmful and hinder your progress.
